Consider the impact that your feet, ankles, and calves have on your overall movement; essential, often and underappreciated.

Our feet are our first point of contact with the earth every step we take - shock absorbing, stabilising and mobile. We need to look after them! Take a few minutes to give your feet some much needed attention.

Here's something to try: find a length of dowel or pole, perhaps a wooden broom handle and walk your feet up and down their length from the ball of the foot to the heel.

Feel the improvement in their warmth, flexibility and reactivity.

[ DANCE ASSESSMENT ]Time and expertise - our Comprehensive Dance Assessment is a one hour consultation designed especially for dancers keen to improve certain aspects of their technique, or to provide a thorough physiotherapy screening before an audition or performance.
Some teachers prefer this service for young dancers as an alternative and more comprehensive option to the Pre-Pointe Assessment.
Specific areas for improvement are identified and a tailored home exercise program is created to address weaknesses or deficiencies in technique. A thorough report is also prepared for the dancer’s teacher.
