I was recently asked to contribute my expertise and experience to the Spring edition of Medibank’s BE. Magazine. I chose to write about a real passion of mine, and that is keeping elite young athletes in the game by managing their training load, to prevent overload and therefore injury.   1. A great article with really helpful strategies to help these kids manage their training schedules, to reduce the risk of injury. As a mother it’s hard to know where the line is between keeping them fit and active versus allowing them to overwork their bodies.
